Project Overview
Zest Financial Services is a concept designed specifically for UXR testing of a Crypto IRA product. My role involved creating the branding, tone, and user journey, as well as designing both the web and app interfaces. The focus of the project was to test the seamlessness of the client experience, from landing pages to key entry points, ensuring intuitive navigation and engagement with the Crypto IRA offering. Additionally, we wanted to assess how users navigated, understood the product, and ultimately opened a Crypto IRA account.
Problem Statement
Zest Financial Services required a modern, engaging user experience to effectively test how clients navigate a Crypto IRA product and how easily they could open an account. The challenge was to design a seamless and intuitive interface that simplified complex financial products while maintaining trust and clarity for users.

Research Phase
User Research and Testing
We conducted user research and testing to understand how users interact with Crypto IRA products, navigate the platform, and complete the process of opening an account. The goal was to ensure that users could easily navigate the platform, find key information, and open an account without confusion. Various user flows were tested to determine which resonated most with users and provided the simplest, most intuitive experience.

User Experience (UX) Design
The UX design focused on providing users with an easy and intuitive experience as they explored the Crypto IRA offering. I crafted user flows that guided clients seamlessly from the landing page to key entry points, while also ensuring the process of opening a Crypto IRA account was clear and straightforward. The goal was to ensure that users felt confident and informed as they interacted with the product.
